***Responsibilities:***
– Assist the dietary department in meal preparation and food service
– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
in food quality
– Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and special
requests
– Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at
all times
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and
organized work environment
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Adhere to all safety and health regulations
***Requirements:***
– Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is
Preferred
– Knowledge of culinary techniques and knife skills
– Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
attention to detail
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a
team
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
