Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Seizures & Reservations team workflow to ensure 100% accuracy and zero-error execution.
- Conduct and supervise precise customer profile searches in English on core banking systems.
- Handle all reservation-related court cases, draft defense memos, and attend judicial hearings.
- Review and approve complex legal opinions and responses before final execution.
- Act as the main escalation point for critical inquiries from the CBE, courts, and tax authorities.
- Active registration at the Courts of Appeal.
- Minimum of 10 years of banking legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – English section is preferred.
