As a Sous Chef, you play a pivotal role in our culinary operation, assisting with leadership, training, and ensuring food quality. You’ll be instrumental in implementing policies, conducting inventory, and ensuring strict food safety compliance. If you have a love for the craft beer industry, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen operations when Head Chef is absent

• Mentor and onboard new kitchen staff effectively

• Ensure top quality in food preparation and presentation

• Contribute to menu creation and seasonal updates

• Support inventory control and cost-saving measures
Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen procedures and regulations

• Strong communication skills and team orientation

• Valid Food Safety certification or ability to obtain

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen
