Creative Chef
We are looking for a Creative Chef who can create food that tastes good, looks good, and stays consistent every day. This role is for someone who has real kitchen sense – someone who can think, taste, improve, and execute without creating confusion in the kitchen.
What You Will Do
• Create new dishes, recipes, and presentation ideas
• Maintain taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Improve dishes based on feedback and customer response
• Control portion size, wastage, and food cost
• Coordinate with the kitchen team during preparation and service
• Train junior staff on recipe, taste, plating, and standards
Hiring Standard
We are not looking for someone who only cooks from instruction. We need someone with creativity, discipline, speed, clean working habits, taste understanding, and stable performance during busy hours.
Requirements
• 2+ years of kitchen experience
• Strong knowledge of taste, preparation, and presentation
• Ability to create and test new recipes
• Good hygiene and food safety habits
• Calm under pressure
• Team coordination and willingness to learn
