Role Description: JAZ Hotel Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Zanzibar in a Luxury 5-Star Hotel.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Travel Marketing, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing corporate business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth across our luxury hotel portfolio in Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate and MICE sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international companies, organizations, and key decision-makers.

• Manage corporate contracts, negotiations, and long-term partnerships.

• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and property inspections.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support commercial strategies.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

Qualifications:

• Preferably based in Zanzibar.

• Previous experience in corporate sales within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or tourism environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of the Zanzibar hospitality market and corporate segment.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an advantage.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent networking skills.

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

• Professional appearance and strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
