Position Overview:
Our food and beverage team at Cutalongat Tributer Resort isseekinga friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cookis responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, andmaintainingcleanliness and organization in their workstation. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
General responsibilities include:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes,portionguidelines, and presentation standards
- Ensure food is prepared and served ina timelyand consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Help with cleaning duties at the end of shifts or as directed
- Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or prepcookpreferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and multi-task under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 50lbs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Salary: $17 – $20 per hour (hourly)
