This role reports directly to the Dietary Supervisor and the Site General Manager. As a Cook, you will coordinate meal preparation, ensuring compliance with menu standards and accommodation of dietary modifications. Your positive attitude and rapport with seniors will enhance dining experiences within the lodge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality meals according to approved menus
• Accommodate special diet and texture modifications
• Maintain cleanliness of food service areas
• Manage dishwashing and kitchen hygiene tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Dietary Supervisor
Requirements:
• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices
• Physical ability to perform lifting and repetitive tasks
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear and current criminal record check
