Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Western at PT Corindo Amagi Putra, located in Surabaya. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and cooking of Western cuisines, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations. The Commis Western will also maintain inventory organization, comply with food safety standards, and assist in the presentation and serving of dishes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and strong Culinary Skills
- Experience and knowledge in Cooking with a focus on Western cuisine
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of Hygiene and food safety
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred but not required
