What You’ll Do
– Assist in daily kitchen preparation and service
– Follow recipes, SOPs, and plating standards accurately
– Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
– Support different kitchen sections during operations
– Help with ingredient prep, portioning, and station setup
– Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation
– Work closely with senior chefs and team members
– Contribute to a disciplined, organized, and positive kitchen environment
