Responsibilities as Commis Chef
- Support the kitchen team with prep and service
- Learn across different sections of the kitchen
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients daily
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
- Assist senior chefs during busy service
