Retirement Wealth Design is hiring a Client Events & Experience Coordinator to help create a polished, welcoming experience for prospects and clients — from the first confirmation call through the workshop event itself.
About the Role
Retirement Wealth Design is a growing retirement-focused financial planning firm that helps individuals and families retire with confidence through educational workshops, client events, media outreach, and personalized planning.
In this role, you’ll help make every event and client interaction feel organized, professional, and personal.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating educational retirement workshops and client events
- Calling and texting prospects to confirm workshop attendance
- Helping events run smoothly from setup through follow-up
- Answering incoming office calls professionally
- Scheduling appointments and confirming meetings
- Entering and organizing CRM data
- Tracking workshop activity, client details, and event results
- Supporting marketing and client communication efforts

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$55,000 salary, based on experience
- Up to $6,000 performance bonus opportunity
