Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Hotel Officer (CHO) is a vital member of the MHG leadership team. This role encompasses overseeing operations and setting strategic direction for the Hotel Division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hospitality experience and a passion for championing MHG’s core values across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with property leaders to enhance operational performance
• Drive guidance and support for hotel teams, embodying MHG’s culture
• Evaluate and implement strategic initiatives for business growth
• Conduct property visits to ensure alignment with standards
• Review and enhance training programs for staff development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business management or hospitality
• 5+ years in Hotel Management at a senior level
• Experience with boutique properties preferred
• Financial acumen with budgeting experience required
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness across PEI
