Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft and present high quality dishes to exceptional standards
- Work with premium, seasonal ingredients in a dynamic kitchen
- Play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for high profile guests
- Continue developing your skills within a supportive, professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- A genuine passion for food, quality, and creativity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, team focused attitude with excellent communication skills

This role offers competitive pay of £15.80–£17.30 per hour, depending on experience, along with a strong work-life balance and no late-night finishes.
