You’ll be responsible for:
Running your section during prep and service Preparing fresh dishes using quality ingredients Supporting restaurant service and private events Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards Working efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team Helping deliver consistently high standards across every service What we’re looking for Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure Good communication and a team-first attitude Own transport is essential due to the location Why join?
