This role is ideal for a motivated chef who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress within a quality-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing Running your own section during service Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard Working across different sections of the kitchen to broaden your experience Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef
