🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-standard à la carte kitchen.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid Work Permit
