Lead, coach, and develop a brigade of 15 to 18 culinary team members
Oversee all day-to-day catering kitchen operations
Execute high-volume food production for events of varying size and complexity
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution standards
Provide hands-on leadership across prep, production, and event execution
Maintain strong organization and workflow to meet tight timelines and service demands
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven kitchen culture
Take ownership of key operational responsibilities and support overall business needs
Ensure clear communication and alignment across the kitchen team
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior kitchen leader in catering, banquet, or high-volume production environments
Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Calm, steady, and solutions-focused under pressure
Strong execution skills with a focus on consistency and operational excellence
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain strong kitchen teams
Corporate Culture
Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $95,000
