Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop catering menus with a creative approach
• Direct food preparation for daily meals and catering events
• Train staff on presentation and portioning of menu items
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Advise on menu planning, costing, and seasonal ingredients
Requirements:
• Culinary degree or formal training required
• Minimum three years in high-volume food service
• Serve Safe and/or Food Safe certification needed
• Excellent communication skills in English;
French a plus
• Proven experience leading performance-oriented teams
