Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Manager, located in Wa. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and execution of catering services for events and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation supervision, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing catering staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage a dynamic team and ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Catering operations, with the ability to manage large-scale event logistics and ensure high-quality food delivery
- Skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Experience in Cooking and creating menus tailored to diverse preferences and dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including inventory control, supplier coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients
- Relevant certifications in food safety, catering management, or hospitality are an added advantage
- Previous experience in a catering or food service management role preferred
