📌 Job Description: Catering Manager (with NUPCO or ETIMAD Experience)Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to oversee and manage all catering operations, supply activities, and government‑related procurement processes. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with NUPCO (National Unified Procurement Company) and ETIMAD Platform, ensuring full compliance with government procurement standards, tender submissions, and contract execution.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage large‑scale catering services for public and private sector clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day catering operations, including menu planning, food quality control, and service delivery.
- Oversee procurement, supply chain, and logistics for food materials and catering equipment.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders, bids, and contracts through ETIMAD.
- Handle NUPCO procurement activities, including product registration, pricing, supply schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all catering operations meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise catering staff, assign duties, and ensure high service performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, government entities, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures.
- Prepare operational reports, financial summaries, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, hospitals, and institutional clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals, supplies, and services according to contract requirements.
🧩 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role.
- Mandatory experience with NUPCO and ETIMAD platforms.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
- Ability to manage large‑scale catering operations and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (SFDA, HACCP preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

- Experience supplying food materials (rice, tea, milk, butter, etc.) to government entities.
- Background in hospital catering, institutional catering, or large‑volume food service.
