About the team
The Client Services team is a key part of our Practice Management Group, driving the successful coordination of client meetings, presentations, and events while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and stakeholders.
About the role
Working closely with the Client Services Manager, you will oversee and support the catering team while coordinating the day-to-day delivery of catering, events, and food and beverage services. As part of the broader Client Services team, you will help ensure the seamless execution of operations and create exceptional experiences for our clients and guests, reflecting the high standards of the Pitcher Partners brand
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Catering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality events, meetings and catering services, ensuring every detail is managed to the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners to deliver seamless food, beverage and event experiences.
- Monitor budgets, supplier invoices and operational costs, ensuring financial performance is effectively managed and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Manager on projects and process improvements, driving innovation and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Champion workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and the safe delivery of all catering and event services.
Who we're after

- Completed VCE or equivalent and had experience in a client facing role, ideally within a corporate/events environment
- Certified Barista and certificates in Food Handling, Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Can do attitude, team player and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
