CATERING EVENT PLANNER for our Premium brand EXPERIENCE BY TERRA
In charge for 15-20 High End Events of Terra domestically in Hungary
and Internationally in Central Europe (Austria, Germany, France)
End to end full scale event organization including:
- handling inquiries
- preparing standard and complex proposals
- managing email and phone conversation during inquiry process
- organizing events in 360 degree experience considering all aspects of domestic and international circumstances
- search of suppliers and services required for each event
- menu tastings, site inspections, client meetings
- administrational duties related to projects
- planning complex and high expectation events from scratch till event delivery for several months
Sales Activity
- Daily 2h of Sales activity within the domestic and international market
- Maintenance of existing client database
- administrational duties to manage sales database
Other Duties EVENT PLANNING
· Main contact person on-site during the event for clients and our internal employees.
· Budget management, including event accounting.
· Creation and maintenance of evaluation documents.
· Creation and documentation of event-related materials (e.g., course sheets, program plans).
· Customer consulting (by phone, email) as well as scheduling and on-site inspections.
· Quality assurance of brand-appropriate event processes in all project phases.
WORKPLACE
Office in Budapest 13th district.

Qualifications
· Completed vocational training or degree in event management / business administration or a
comparable and suitable qualification for this position.
· Several years of professional experience in organizing projects and events
· Team-oriented, proactive, and independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
· Is a very good negotiator and defends the interest of the company
· Structured, goal-oriented work approach and a customer-oriented attitude.
· Flexibility and resilience, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations confidently.
· Native Hungarian, very good knowledge of English, and proficient use of MS Office.
· Car driver's license (Class B).
· Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
· Willingness to work regular hours, potentially including evenings and weekends.
