Requirements
The candidate shall have at minimum:
- One (1) year of food service, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with food service operations
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
Duties
The candidate must:
- Assist with meal preparation and food service operations
- Set up buffet stations, serving lines, and beverage stations
- Serve food and beverages to academy participants
- Maintain cleanliness of food service and dining areas
- Collect and transport dishes, utensils, and serving equipment
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting catering supplies
- Support special event catering activities
- Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
- Assist with inventory organization and storage activities
