Working under the Lead Valet Supervisor, you’ll control the flow of guest traffic into our casino, ensuring that all visitors are greeted attentively. The role demands initiative in anticipating guests’ needs and effectively communicating with both guests and team members. Your friendly approach will set the tone for the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control guest traffic and provide directions
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff
• Report safety concerns to Security Department
• Follow Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience in Canada
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving both standard and automatic cars
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must stand/walk for 8 hours a day
