Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with cash handling and financial transactions.
- Support the manager in implementing policies.
- Create a positive work environment and motivate staff.
- Assist in marketing efforts and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a service-oriented environment
- Fluency in English OR Cantonese is preferred
