Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Cafe Manager. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage food and beverage services, train and supervise staff, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations, and fostering a welcoming and productive environment for staff and customers alike.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Expertise in Food & Beverage management and Food Service operations
- Sales skills, including the ability to achieve financial targets and foster business growth
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Relevant experience in the café, bakery, or food service industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
