We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will oversee daily food preparation, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise all bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Oversee staff training and development, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards across the bakery area.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth daily operations while optimizing productivity during peak hours.
- Implement food production schedules aligned with customer demand, catering requirements, and special events
- Collaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bakery or kitchen management
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts with a focus on bakery products.
- Familiarity with POS systems ; cash handling expertise required.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and leadership qualities
- Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and implementing training programs.
- Broad understanding of the food industry including coffee shop operations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
