We are looking for an energetic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our busy cafe in the heart of People's Park, Dun Laoghaire.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a bubbly personality, a passion for hospitality, and a strong eye for detail. You'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers while ensuring the cafe runs smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily cafe operations
- Managing and motivating the team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Stock control and ordering
- Managing rotas and staff training
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
