We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver personalised, discreet, and five-star service to lodge guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality and the ability to anticipate guest needs, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke guest services tailored to individual preferences
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and itineraries
- Maintain guest suites and ensure attention to detail
- Serve meals, beverages, and other services with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and confidentiality
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Butler in luxury hospitality
- Formal Butler training or equivalent hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine, and guest service etiquette
- Experience in high-net-worth or international guest service
