As a Breakfast Attendant reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and replenishing the daily breakfast offerings in a clean and welcoming environment. Your tasks will include setting up the buffet, preparing various food items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours. Providing outstanding guest service is paramount to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to brand standards
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area during operational hours
• Communicate guest complaints to the General Manager or shift supervisor
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Availability for morning shifts, including weekends
• Active listening skills to fulfill guest requirements
