PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are a 55,000sqft State of the Art Entertainment venue with multiple Bars, DJ Booth, Beer Garden, Mini Golf, Bowling and Restaurant.

As a Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and following Company Standards and Operational Systems. You will also set the stage for an exceptional guest experience with your welcoming smile and fast, uncompromising service.

This position supports the General Manager with complete financial and operations oversight of assigned beverage programs to ensure consistent delivery of company, client and customer expectations in accordance to company policy. This position is also responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, developing, and managing the performance of the employees assigned to locations within his/her area of responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Managing daily operations of beverage department.

Involved in hiring, training and mentoring employees to achieve a high level of guest service.

Ensure that staff follows standard operating procedures for operational efficiency.

– Consistently adheres to health department guidelines and safety and sanitation programs.

Implement procedures checklists to ensure beverage program quality and consistency.

– Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.

– Ensure all areas are maintained, clean, safe and organized.

– Responsible for inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality.

– During peak service hours maintain presence on floor to guarantee quality guest experiences.

Qualifications/Knowledge:

– Previous food and beverage experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a supervisor or manager.

– Ability to lead a team, maintain service standards and positively influence work culture

– Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Self-motivated with a clear, courteous, and professional manner

Requirements:

– High School Diploma/GED

– Operational and leadership experience

– Comprehensive beverage experience

– Working general knowledge of POS systems, Computers, Hospitality Machinery

– Multi-unit management experience preferred

– Extensive beverage operations knowledge and leadership

– Entertainment venue experience a plus
