Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
- Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
- Understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
