The Quechee Club is seeking experienced bartenders/mixologists who love people, have a passion for hospitality, and can consistently provide exceptional service to our Members and Guests.
About the Role:
Our bartenders work across two vibrant seasonal restaurants and at a variety of exciting events throughout the year. We’re looking for team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly with both guests and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service
