Role Description
The Harrison is seeking a dedicated and hospitable Bartender to join our team in a full-time role. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition to crafting drinks and managing bar operations, you will engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. This is an on-site role located in Sant’Omero.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to meet guest needs and create positive dining experiences.
- Experience and expertise in Food & Beverage service, including bartending and knowledge of drink preparation.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and managing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prior experience in hospitality or bartending is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
