- Supervise daily bar activities and staff performance
- Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service
- Train, schedule, and motivate bartenders and bar staff
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area
- Prepare and serve beverages when required
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Check stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Monitor cash handling and POS transactions
- Assist in creating drink menus and promotions
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth service
