At Damar Toba, we are looking for a Bar and Beverage Supervisor who can bring operational excellence, beverage expertise, strong team leadership, and guest-focused service into one of Lake Toba's highest-rated hospitality destinations.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience from premium coffee chains, specialty cafés, airport F&B operations, hotel cafés, casual dining brands, and other structured hospitality environments.
If you have experience as a Shift Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Bar Supervisor, Café Supervisor, or similar frontline leadership role, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily bar and beverage operations
- Supervise baristas and beverage team members
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and speed of service
- Manage opening, mid-shift, and closing operational controls
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and beverage preparation standards
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
- Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training
- Support menu innovation and seasonal beverage programs
- Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and events teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
