As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will ensure high-quality service while adhering to strict cleanliness and efficiency standards. You’ll be engaged in various tasks, including serving food and beverages, maintaining back-of-house organization, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and side stations
• Check BEOs and set up attractive buffets
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Complete opening and closing duties as per schedule
Requirements:
• Knowledge of banquet service or prior hospitality experience
• Serving it Right Certification is mandatory
• Ability to lift and manage weights up to 250 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
• Must obtain a Gaming License successfully
