Position: Banquet Server – Elegant Event Dining (PT)
Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to set up and serve guests during banquet functions under the supervision of the Banquet Manager or Captain.
Responsibilities include understanding the Banquet Event Order (BEO), setting tables with clean linens and glassware, explaining menu items, keeping stations tidy, breaking down post-event, and following hospitality guidelines and resort policies.
