Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients including coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering services, bakeries, F&B chains, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders.
  • Present products, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Handle after-sales follow-up and resolve client issues.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in food and beverage, food distribution, bakery, or FMCG).
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills (hunter mindset).
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
