Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

·      Identify and secure new F&B business opportunities including coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, banquets, catering, events, and corporate accounts.

·      Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

·      Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

·      Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Client & Event Management:

·      Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored F&B solutions.

·      Collaborate with the F&B operations and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

·      Conduct site visits, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clients.

Sales Administration:

·      Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

·      Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including client details, contracts, and correspondence.

·      Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final billing and post-event follow-up.

Collaboration & Communication:

·      Work closely with the culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure alignment on offerings and service standards.

  • ·      Participate in internal meetings, promotional events, and trade shows to generate leads and brand visibility.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

·      5–10 years of experience in F&B sales, catering sales, or hospitality sales.

·      Strong experience in the F&B industry. Experience in food and bakery distribution is a plus

·      Key Requirement: Must have an existing database, key accounts, and client network in channels such as coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering services, banquets, and more (candidates will be required to verify the information provided).

·      Strong knowledge of F&B operations and event management.

·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering).

·      Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
