As an AYS Agent, your mission is to provide courteous support in front office and room service functions for both The Dorian and Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown. You will handle reservations, room preferences, and ensure that every guest’s needs are met promptly and efficiently, turning each interaction into a delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality service to all guests
• Handle pre-arrival preparations and room assignments
• Facilitate guest communication through messaging and phone
• Process in-room dining orders and coordinates payments
• Address incident reporting and service recovery
Requirements:
• One year of customer service experience in hospitality
• Graduate from Hospitality or Tourism program
• Ability to excel under pressure in varied shifts
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
