Supervise the working of sub-ordinates and contractual staff in accordance with the company’s policy, service agreements (SLAs) with customers and in adherence to applicable legislative compliances.
Duties include the following: 1) Review food court operations and coordinate with Catering and Banquets team for internal catering; review housekeeping and pest control; provide logistical assistance for visits.
- Guide the internal team on the upkeep and maintenance of ECC/Guest House and dorms.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality service to all customers.
- Assist the team in implementing HSE standards across Infosys facilities.
- Provide assistance and training to contracted staff in technical and customer service-related areas
