Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our Ghaziabad location. This role supports overall restaurant operations, including supervising staff, monitoring service standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout each shift. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps oversee food and beverage quality, assists with inventory and ordering, and maintains hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, participating in hiring and training, handling guest feedback and escalations, and working closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet revenue and cost targets. The role requires an active presence on the floor to guide the team, resolve operational issues, and uphold First Fiddle’s brand and service values.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Experience in Hiring, team supervision, and people management within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and quality control.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or shift leader in restaurants, hotels, or similar F&B establishments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
