A fantastic opportunity to join Splendid Hospitality Group and play a key role in the success of one of our busy quick service restaurants.
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you'll help lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
📌 The Role
As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation – supporting the team, driving performance and creating an environment where both colleagues and guests can thrive.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activities
- Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Managing stock, labour and restaurant compliance
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager to build a positive, high-performing culture
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, inspire your team and help create a restaurant that both guests and colleagues love.

We're looking for someone who is:
