Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor room availability, occupancy forecasts, booking trends, and room inventory
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, Accounting, and other departments
• Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, special requests, and guest inquiries
professionally
• Support OTA extranet management, channel manager systems, and online distribution channels
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records within the system
• Assist with reports, forecasting, and revenue-related analysis
• Support and guide reservation team members to maintain operational standards and service quality
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in reservations or related hospitality roles
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Good organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PMS systems, OTA extranets, and channel management systems is preferred
• Understanding of revenue management principles would be an advantage
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
