Set in Malaysia’s rapidly developing capital our hotel is located in the heart of KL Eco City Bangsar and directly connected to LRT Station and KTM Commuter Station. Amari Kuala Lumpur is ideally located in between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya with 252 guest rooms ranging from well- appointed Superior rooms, Deluxe rooms, Club Deluxe rooms and Club One Bedroom Suites.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Oversee daily opening and closing operations according to hotel standards.
- Manage team scheduling based on operational forecasts and business needs.
- Support daily operations hands-on during peak periods.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities and oversee smooth hotel operations.
- Welcome, greet, and escort guests in line with hospitality standards.
- Conduct inspections of guest and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with Security on investigations involving irregularities or guest concerns.
- Prepare incident and accident reports involving guests, employees, or property.
- Maintain strict room key control and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
- Ensure smooth execution of airport arrival and departure arrangements.
- Monitor room readiness, conduct random room inspections, and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.
- Approve rebates in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure effective team communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in front office operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
