Assistant Hotel Manager (4 Months) Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day management of a successful hotel, supporting the Hotel Manager in overseeing operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring outstanding service standards are maintained at all times.
Day-to-day of the role:
Support the Hotel Manager with the daily operation of the hotel. Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Monitor hotel performance, budgets, and departmental targets. Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies, and hotel procedures.
Support revenue growth through effective operational management and upselling opportunities. Maintain excellent standards of presentation throughout the hotel.
