Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Desk Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will handle receptionist responsibilities, oversee day-to-day customer service operations, manage reservations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional duties include supervising front desk staff, addressing customers' inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the high standards of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to handle client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, including welcoming customers and handling general inquiries.
- Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members professionally and effectively.
- Experience in coordinating and managing Reservations and scheduling appointments.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to ensure a positive client experience at all times.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service sectors is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to customer service or hospitality management is advantageous.
