Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant F&B Manager to join our team. S/he responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, including staff supervision, guest service excellence, event coordination, and inventory management. Ensures quality standards, food safety compliance, and effective execution of promotions to enhance the overall guest experience and departmental profitability. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive operational success.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of Food & Beverage experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High standards in food quality, presentation, and service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and profitability.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments with staff training experience.
