Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Executive Chef role based in Providenciales. The Assistant Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, support menu development, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and assisting in staff training. The role also involves collaborating with the Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences that meet the expectations of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • Must have Caribbean experience
  • Must have experience in managing multiple outlets and high volume
  • Proficiency in kitchen management, inventory monitoring, and food cost control procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in team leadership, staff training, and fostering a positive kitchen environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, high-volume setting
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a resort, hotel, or fine-dining establishment is an advantage
  • Commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences for a diverse audience
